- #SDG11: SUSTAINABLE CITIES AND COMMUNITIES - 07 days to Rio 2016 (português abaixo) "I studied architecture to provide housing and spaces for all, but the market sometimes complicates things. We have to survive, don't we? I came from Switzerland to live a new experience in Rio de Janeiro. I like to see and meet new people. To exchange ideas inspires me. Living here helps me to meet new sides of society - and the carioca is very open, eases the adaptation. Architecture is the organization of space, then the architect has the power to open ways to others. We need to fulfill our role effectively. The architecture was made for people. Our most important mission is to make a difference in their lives." – Barbara Iseli, 37 anos #humansofrio #humansofmyworld #rio2016 #arquitetura PNUD Brasil United Nations Development Programme - UNDP UNDP in Latin America and the Caribbean ONU Brasil SDG Action Campaign UN-HABITAT TETO Brasil 9 hours ago
